The Ethical Leadership Experience is
Our programs are offered to young adults around the world. As such, every intensive uses a global approach to represent the diverse geographical representation of each session. You can expect to leave the program with a broader understanding of the world gained from the perspectives of your peers and from the intensive itself.
Every intensive is developed by practiced educators and driven by our pedagogy of experiential education, self-growth, reflection, and discussion. Intensive facilitators bring their unique expertise to the program theme. You can expect to leave every session with a deeper understanding of the topic and how to apply your new knowledge to real-life situations.
If you’re looking for a lecture-based program, this is not it! Every daily session is highly interactive and engaging for all students regardless of personality or learning styles. The majority of each program day incorporates small and large group discussion, structured activities, visual presentation, and incorporates all of the interactive tools found on Zoom.
