Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.), #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.
Please include LAJF in your philanthropic plans. Did you know that you can credit your gift to your regional alumni association? Or that you can set up monthly giving.
We hope you are excited to show off your Camp Rising Sun t-shirt! As in the past, we are getting ready to celebrate International Camp T-shirt Day on Thursday, November 15th, along with many other summer camps around the world.
Bring out your camp t-shirt, bring back the memories and let's share a moment of great joy, across country borders and time-zones! It’s the only reunion where everyone can attend, no matter where you are!
This year Helene Mattera, the Executive Director of LAJF, has pledged to donate $1.00 for every person who wears their t-shirt and posts a picture on this event.
Here's what you have to do:
Step 1: Wear your CRS T-Shirt
Step 2: Meet up with alumni around you (if possible)
Step 3: Take a picture
Step 4: Using # post it on our Facebook page and on Instagram
Step 5: Reminisce about being a camper and part of this community!
If you do not have your t-shirt anymore, don't worry and use your imagination, you can take part all the same!
