We are looking for candidates who bring a variety of qualities, passions, and interests. Candidates who represent diverse cultural, regional, racial, and economic backgrounds, and who are driven to make a difference in the world, whether in big or small ways. Our campers are not defined by a single profile; instead, we select individuals who complement one another by contributing unique strengths, experiences, and interests to the community.

Yes! The Ethical Leadership Experience is a highly experiential and engaging online program. For the duration of the program, you will join a live video call with 20-30 other young people from around the world for 3-4 hours.
We know online programs can be a bit daunting, but our participants always highlight the strong sense of community that is built in our online program. In 14 days, you will make lifelong friends from all over the world while engaging in complex topics and developing your leadership skills. And the memes are not bad either!
