Camden is one of the 15 students who comprise the first class in his high school to complete the International Baccalaureate (IB) full-diploma program. Launched just two years ago in his school, the IB program follows an internationally recognized curriculum and set of academic standards. It combines rigorous college preparatory classes with intense writing assignments and significant community service projects.
Camden has a long list of notable achievements. He has graduated at the top of his class, competed as a valuable member of his school's track and field team and, in 2011, was recognized as an Eagle Scout.
What's next for Camden? In Fall 2012 he will be attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute near Boston to study engineering.
